Final vendor meetings prior to event
Rehearsal development, including event coordination, instruction and dinner arrangements
"Day of" coordination, either limited or unlimited
Attire and dress reccommendations and accompaniment to fittings
Assistance with out-of-town guest accommodations and other travel arrangements
Preparartion of activities and special event information for out of town guests
Preparation or outsourcing of gift baskets for guests
Assistance with breakfast or brunch the day after your special events, such as location and other arrangements
Stationary assistance with "save the date" cards, invitations, programs, menus, calligraphy, etc.

Pricing & quotes are provided to each couple on an individual basis. Pricing & quotes are based on wedding costs, guest count, and are tailored to meet the requirements and special needs of each event.
Additional Associate Coordinators may be required for "day-of" coordination depending on guest count, location, and other factors.
Expenses & travel fees may apply for non-local venues or event locations.
