Brynn Freal

Brynn Freal first began coordinating events over a decade ago as an ASB Vice President of Public Relations for Student Affairs at Everett Community College. While serving in that role for 3 years, she was responsible for the organizing and coordinating of all events, guest speakers, book signings, team conferences, student marches, and ultimately the year-end commencement celebration for over 800 students and their families.

After working in PR, Ms. Freal moved into floristry and coordination, working with renowned event producer and floral designer Rae Claybourne and her company, Fleur de Fete. During her time working with Rae and other local florists, she developed her own talents at prepping & designing floral arrangements and learning the floral trade. From there, she had the opportunity to work and study with a wide variety of event industry mentors including jewelry designer, Sandra Jean Wainwright, and John Auburn of JW Desserts, former owner and partner in Amazing Cakes. She has also had experience in retail management, retail buying, boutique window décor and design, jewelry design, gemology & metallurgy and legal practice. She served a prominent Northwest lawyer as a paralegal for more than two years, giving her invaluable legal experience.

 

In 2006, Brynn moved full-time into the management and creative work of her own event and wedding coordinating company, Encantare, LLC.

 

Since then she has worked on a variety of weddings & events, including working as an on-site event coordinator for the famous Pacific Design Center. She served as an integral part of high profile events there including: The City of Hope's 2006 "Spirit of Life" event, HBO's 2006 Emmy party, The Hollywood Life and Style Awards, and a large number of other smaller events that included many entertainment industry studios, guilds and other high profile clients.

 

Arsineh Bedrosian - Associate Coordinator

Arsineh Bedrosian works with Encantare, providing coodinating services, marketing expertise, and a strong sense of business development. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Woodbury University in 2007·

 

She has been a Marketing Assistant for FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) for the past four years, where she has focused on everything from new student recruitment, to developing marketing materials and putting together fashion shows twice a year. In that time, she has garnered experience in coordinating, planning and executing complex events from beginning to end.

 

Her experience along with her education gives her a unique understanding of both the creative and business aspects of event & wedding planning.

Jon has a broad background in business and project management. From over 10 years of experience in film & television production management, to entrepreurial experience in diverse startups, he brings solid businesss management experience to the Encantare team.
